When do I book?

The sooner the better. As soon as you know you’ll be needing a tent that’s when you start looking to book tents. Of course, some weekends will be more booked then others. Keeping in mind any big events going on or holidays as well as long weekends.


Do I need someone to come and look at my yard before setting up the tent?

No. It is usually not necessary for our team to look at your yard before setting up the tent. As long as there is enough space (the size of the tent plus 5 feet all around) and no conflict with underground utilities (hydro, sewer,) etc) then the tent should be fine. Please keep in mind that the stakes will go up to 2′ into the ground. If you have any questions please call to discuss.

How do I know what tent size I need for my event?

We have a seating capacity chart that gives a general idea of how many people each tent size can accommodate along with tables and chairs.


Who sets up the tent?

Our staff from FPS Backyard Tent Rentals will be there to install the tent as well as; any other tables, chairs and accessories. A representative will be there to make sure everything is safe and secure and that you are satisfied with the installation.
