Do I need someone to look at my yard?

Most of the time a photo of the yard is enough.

For $175 we offer a consultation appointment where one of our team members comes to inspect your yard and talk through your event.

How does a pick-up deal work?

You can call anytime during our business hours and schedule a time to pick up a 10×10 or 10×20 on Friday, use it for the weekend, and bring it back on Monday!

Do you accept Debit or Credit?

Yes! A credit card is required on file for any rental. You can pay for your rental through E transfer or debit if you would prefer.

Do you decorate?

We do not install decorations.

For an additional fee we will set up the tables, chairs, and lighting for you. The tent installation fees are included in price.

How do I know everyone will fit in my tent?

We have a chart that we use to determine the correct size for the number of guests.

Can I see the tent before you set it up?

We can send you pictures of setups we’ve done in the past. Or go to our Facebook or Instagram page!

Can I follow you on Social Media?

Are your tents easy to set up?

Our 10×10 and 10×20 popups are easy to set up. When you book your order can send you a video or we can do short demo when you arrive to pickup your tent.

Has my tent ever been on the set of a movie?

We have different tent qualities for movie sets than we do for events, so it is unlikely that your event tent has ever been used on a movie set.

What kind of chairs do you have?

We carry basic folding chairs in white or black or a white Resin chairs with padded seats.

What kind of tables do you have?

We have rectangular tables from 4ft, 6ft, and 8ft. We also have cocktail tables which 3 people could stand around comfortably, and our round tables are 5ft in diameter.
